Prof. Iva Ugrinova
Prof. Iva Ugrinova has graduated in biotechnology from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridsky". She obtained her Ph.D. degree in the Institute of Molecular biology, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. At present Iva Ugrinova is an associate professor at the "Structure and function of chromatin" department in the Institute of Molecular biology, head of "Structure and function of chromatin" department and director of the Institute of Molecular biology.

Prof. Evdokia Pasheva
Prof. Evdokia Alexandrova Pasheva has graduated in chemistry from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridsky". She obtained her Ph.D. degree in the Institute of Molecular biology, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. At present Evdokia Pasheva is General Scientific Secretary of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and full professor, D.Sci. in the Institute of Molecular biology.

Acad. Iliya Pashev
Acad. Iliya Georgiev Pashev is the founder of "Structure and function of chromatin" department. He has graduated in medicine from the University of Plovdiv. where he also obtained his Ph.D. degree. He is a Doctor of Science and a full member of the Bulgarian Academy of sciences. Acad. Pashev is director of the Institute of Molecular biology from 2005 to 2010.

Assoc. prof. George Radoslavov, PhD has graduated in Biology at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridsky". He has done his PhD degree at the Institute of experimental morphology, pathology and anthropology with museum, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Assoc. prof. Peter Hristov, PhD, has graduated in Veterinary medicine at Trakia University, Stara Zagora. He has done his PhD degree at the Institute of Biology and Immunology of Reproduction "Acad. Kiril Bratanov", Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. At present Peter Hristov is an Associate professor at the Institute of Molecular biology in the Laboratory of Epigenetics and chromatin dynamics at the "Structure and function of chromatin" department.
